Nothing puts a damper on your day an extra ten or twenty pounds slathered around gut. Face it, being fat no fun. Running is bummer. Jumping out of the question. And anything than pace asking a lot. Being fat stone cold drag. It limits options in and narrows field vision.

Face it: sweating to the oldies is no fun. Sweating — period — total drag. It’s not elegant or chic. But, if want to down the lipids keeping you looking like that hunky celebrity who millions dollars for pretending to be spy, you’ll have to sweat. big sweat.
